    Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or damages during transit.

    -If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refund & Exchange Options

    Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within [X days].

    Exchanges: If you prefer, we can send a replacement chair after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
